Delivery Information

1. The equipments ordered will be dispatched/handed over within 2-3 days from our New Delhi office to the courier company  from the date of receipt of the payment through  payment gateway.

2. The anticipated normal  transportation/delivery period will  be within 3-5 days  minimum from the date of dispatch depending upon the location etc.

3. Any damage  of the  equipment during the transit the product to be reported  immediately to the company on receipt of the equipment at customer’s end.

4. Any  repair/replac ement will be carried out from our New Delhi Office only.

5. The Company’s obligation under the warranty shall be limited to repair/ replacement of damaged parts only as the discretion of the company.

6. Replacement  period of the equipment  is limited to any manufacturing defects only.  However any damages during the transportation will be  carried out within 07 (Seven ) days from the date of receipt of the equipment at our  factory premises.  

7. Any damage of the equipment during transportation, the  Repair or Replacement will be carried out at our main factory/office address i.e. 61 DSIDC Complex, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi 110020.

All disputes will be settled under Delhi Jurisdiction only.
